You will need:

- Tajeen or large skillet

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 450 grams of meat cubes
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 2 Chopped garlic clove
- 1 green pepper
- 1 A bag of okra 400 grams
- 1 1 / 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 / 4 Concentrated tomato juice
- 3 4/2 cups of Water
- ½ lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Tasha:
- 2 - 3 tablespoons Oil
- 3 tablespoons of green coriander
- 2 Chopped garlic cloves
- 1 Chili
For serving:
- Lemon Juice
Recipe Instructions
- In a large tajeen or skillet, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the meat cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the tajeen and set aside.
- In the same tajeen, add the chopped onion, garlic, and green pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and concentrated tomato juice to the tajeen. Stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Return the browned meat cubes to the tajeen. Add the water and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Cover the tajeen and let it simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
- Once the meat is tender, add the okra to the tajeen. Cover and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the okra is cooked through and tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the tasha. In a separate pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green coriander, garlic, and chili. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add to tajeen
- Serve the tajeen, with additional lemon juice.
