- Large frying pan or wok
- Medium saucepan
Ingredients:
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 10 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 6 spring onions (white parts), sliced
- 1 pack of Moomoo’s breaded chicken
- 380g noodle pack
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp fresh ginger, diced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (optional)
Recipe Instructions
- Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, garlic, and spring onions. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced ginger and stir for another minute.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, and sesame oil (if using).
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the onions and garlic, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked noodles into the pan and mix well to coat evenly with the sauce.
- While preparing the noodles, cook Moomoo’s breaded chicken according to the package instructions.
- Serve the noodles hot, topped with crispy Moomoo’s breaded chicken strips.
